Come and join us for a FREE site tour of a Passivhaus that is under construction in Eastwood Sydney on October 19th
This two storey home is on a tricky site with multiple neighbours and imperfect solar access. As always, Passivhaus provides a great framework for resolving the competing constraints. This site-built, timber framed home sits on a concrete slab and has a structurally insulated panel (SIP) roof. It has a dramatic internal void and a roof terrace overlooking the streetscape.At the time of the tour the roof will be on, windows and doors in and the ventilation installation will be underway; a great time to see all the things that make a Passivhaus a Passivhaus.
